My free meals weren't really planned and once I ate a trigger food that would ruin me for the day. Psychologically I also need a day's rest and can enjoy the day knowing it's a " reward " for eating well the whole week. I'm still catching up on some old mail but it feels so good to be reading these messages again (laptop problems).
