Ha all diet interested peoples,

The so called autism diet is in fact the GFCF diet (gluten free and

caseine free).

I was amazed by stories told by parents doing the GFCF diet OR

doing 'only' the non caseine diet (no dairy, so no milk, cheese,

butter, and everything else with animal milk in it (like some

cookies, sweets, etcetera)). I think just 1 out of 10 parents doesn't

seem to notice any difference.

Some stories like: less spacing out, non verbal kids becoming verbal,

good faeces, no more bed-wetting, decrease or disappear of eczema, no

tics anymore, more eye contact, less toe walking, less hyper, longer

attention span...

Beware:

Here 4 out of 5 are turning the caseine level down. This week it will

be absolutely no more dairy.

RH (4, ASD) is getting more outgoing, but is also more 'agressive'.

7yo RW is very down and still bed-wetting (but he is ill now so I

cannot tell if the non-dairy is not working).

Trishalina (2) is till the same hyperly girlie.

But they still get a little bit of caseine. We will see after a few

weeks of non caseine if it turns out good.

A father told me that 3 days after the non caseine diet, his 3yo

daughter was not bed-wetting anymore. When he gave her, 5 days after,

a cheese sandwich, that instant she was bed-wetting again....

Trish

Enjoy your day :o)
