Guest guest
Carol and all, all the pork is here at my dairy drop site. You can pick up here anytime, just give me notice and I'll put your order together. I''m putting 12 orders together this morning. Next week I'll post photos of our entire operation from birth to our plant in Eyota, MN. The Berkshires are an almost lost breed of natural hogs that do well outdoors, forage naturally, create families and communities with other sows, and have an intact immune system. That's one reason we can raise them without antibiotics, vaccines or drugs. Factory hogs would die in about 12 seconds raised outdoors like this. Believe me, you NEVER want to eat pork, beef, chicken, eggs or turkey from restaurants that get their meat off the Sysco truck! When you are forced to eat at those places, go light, go vegetarian. If you drive the countryside and see those sickening animal confinement facilities, with thousands of pairs of sad eyes peering out at God's wide-open, sunny and green world, a place they will never once touch, you will instantly and forever understand what I'm saying.
