Dear Sandy(ee),

Thanks for the tip on SARNA lotion. I'd never heard of it. I did a

search and found it:

it is made of camphor and menthol. That sounded kind of familiar, so I

grabbed the old bottle of Vicks Vaporub and looked. Yes. those are the

active ingredients: Camphor 4.7%, Menthol 2.6% and Eucalyptus oil 1.2%

Sounds like Vicks Vaporub is a stronger version of SARNA. Rub that on

the lumps and it might help you breathe better too :-)
