Hi

Quick intro. I'm 42 and have done little exercise in my life.

Recently I made an effort to loose weight which is going well I've

lost just over a stone in around 4 months.

I really needed to get my self toned up hopfulley the Bullworker

will do the job I've have just managed to buy a X5 Bullworker from

ebay it's in great condition and looks as if it's had little use.

Due to this helpfull group I have downloaded the X5 training manual,

but I'm unsure about a few things.

When starting training do I follow the 6 introductory training

exercises and the circulation exercises and then after 2 weeks move

onto the Daily fitness training exercises.

Any help much appreciated. Great group and I look forward to reading

the board to here on other success!!

Reagards

Hi,

I follow the sandown methode, and it covers all your muscles.

If you notice after you have done all your exersices, when you walk you would like to keep your chest inflated or pumped up!!!

By the way make twenty push ups or so before you close the circulation training session and you will notice some difference.

See my profile.
