Guest guest
Here's another version, from Bee Wilder over at the candida support group, for people who are unable to tolerate dairy. I'm unfortunately one of them, and I just made myself very sick by trying to reintroduce it. I absolutely love this recipe, and I often put the blender into the refrigerator at night and then drink it cold in the morning. Delicious! Rather like a milk shake. Sometimes I even add 1 more tablespoon of butter and coconut oil, if I'm looking for something really creamy. When it gets chilled, there's this delightful ice cream-like crust on the top. Bee would have a fit she knew, but sometimes I make it with coffee instead of water, as it gives it a fabulous flavor. ...... Bee's Raw Egg Drink Contains: 19 grams of protein, 65 grams of fat and 4 grams of carbs. 3 raw large whole eggs (or 4 medium), preferably " certified organic " free-range 2 tablespoons coconut oil 2 tablespoons butter (the best is organic cultured) 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (to taste) stevia sweetener (to taste) 2 cups of boiled filtered water Put all ingredients in a blender and blend. ...... BTW, speaking of dairy, I have keifer grains and piima culture languishing away in my frige in organic, but pasteurized dairy. I'd like to find them good homes, as I'm not EVER going to try dairy again. I love milk, but it just doesn't seem to love me. Jeanne
