MONO..Does anyone have some advice?

My son's bloodwork just confirmed that he has mono. She wants to have

his spleen checked now because it can be inflamed from the mono. He

has been in pain and ill for the last month. He had strep confirmed

first and now this. He says his head feels like it is on fire. He

actually began to head bang during the night on his pillow. He is NT

but had vaccine reactions in the past. He is also allergic to wheat

and dairy.

Just wondering if anyone else has had experience with this? Our

doctor wants us to come back in for a check up since she now knows

what is up with him. I am wondering if this could be something else

however. Any advice or warnings would be helpful.
