You could have gone to the archives to find the correct spelling of Sandow. I did a search of the archives and 'sandown' was not there so I posted an enquiry - which is, after all, partly what this discussion group is for. Thank you for the website. Just a little note for anybody looking for the venerable 1980 Bullworker X5 manual. You can go to our " Files " section and download them as compressed zip files. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/bullworkerclub/files/ I have also kludged together my own personal training programs as MSWord files which also include pics from the old 1980's manual... I would be very interested if anyone has any digital scans of any of the older Bullworker I, II, or III manuals & wall charts that could be uploaded to the files section of this site. I would also like to locate any of the old Bullworker training movies or videos. Most of them are in PAL/SECAM format, but I am able to convert them to digital format and then the US NTSC/VHS. Once in the digital format the training videos can be shared and downloaded.... So if anyone has one of the original Bullworker training movies or videos, I'd like to alk about getting a duplicate and having it sent to me. All costs and expenses will be gladly re-imbursed... I'd Also like to start a Hall of Fame of Before and After Photos, Progress Reports, Training Programs, and Success Stories. So please let me know if anybody would like to upload their pics or text files to the files Section. I myself have lost over 80lbs and gone from way over 56 " to less than 40 " waist in less than 8 months using my Bullworker, a Paleo-Caveman- Atkins type diet, and various types of 1, 2, and 3, mile aerobic power walking programs.
