I have been increasing 5 to 10 pounds each weks for the past 8 weeks. Have hit my tens and wondered if I should change it up? I finish my 8th week on Wednesday (started on a Wednesday) and am hoping to have an answer so I can prepare my last 4 weeks. Have sent several posts and it seems only one has hit.
