Guest guest
> Hi everyone. I have a difficult decision to make and I need some > advice. >graduated from school on the 28th and have been offered two > wonderful jobs working for the State of Pennsylvania. Both positions would give us more money, excellent benefits and one facility even offered to give my husband a job if I would come and work for them. > Kim from buffalo Hi Kym This is a hard decision. Especially since we always feel the need to sacrifice for our families, and it is very hard for us women to do things for ourselves. It is in our nature... That being said, It sounds to me like this business opportunity is really wanting you. Have you asked them if they have a transfer program where they would help with the costs of transfering you and family there? Or if they have a program where they foot the bill for transfering you and have a payment program set up for reimbursement. It is worth the asking. My transfer up here was paid for by the bank I worked at and all I had to do was sign an agreement to stay for one year. It is worth the asking. I do understand your delima. Once I made up my mind to do this surgery , my biggest fear was not being able to do it. You have worked hard all year and saved for this very thing. It has been my experience that there will always be " something " that comes up to use the money you have saved for something else. But pray about it, seek other options, and dont give up your dream. It is your health you are talking about here, and it is important too. If you cant work due to your health, your new job wont be of much good to you. I would just continue to seek all the options. Dont look at this surgery as something selfish. You and your husband and all around you will benefit from you being healthy. Guest guest
I don't know if this information will help you, Kym, but I had to choose between my private office (I am a physician) and having the surgery. I chose the surgery and work for a pittance for a clinic now. I have never regretted it for one second. My life is immensely better now and a job is just a job.
