Immunos Not Coverage????

Good afternoon everyone....

I have a new patient who is coming in Status post TPL....Evals were done in this facility. was on Dialysis very briefly

Has Medicare A and B. - here is the hitch...

Transplant was done in China.(non Medicare approved facility) Med AB will not cover Immunos.from my understanding and that of the Pharmacare.

Is there a way around this?
