Guest guest Posted September 18, 2002 Report Share Posted September 18, 2002 Good Morning Gang, Day 3!! I swear to God I have pee'd 100 times in the last two days. I think I sprained my bladder! (Really. My lower, lower ab aches) Okay...I missed a meal yesterday. Boo Hoo. So guess I'll roll it into today's menu. M1: FF Cottage cheese, 1/2 pink grapefruit M2: Straw Protein shake w/1% milk & 1-2 strawberries M3: 12 chilled shrimp over salad greens, chopped green onions, a few sliced mushrooms, 3 grape-tomatoes, and a Tb Italian dressing; 1/2 orange M4: Straw Protein shake w/1% milk and 1-2 strawberries M5: Grilled salmon, broc steamed in water/soy sauce, 1/2 baked potato M6: Protein Bar BTW, while laying in bed last night about to fall asleep it occured to me that BTDT meant been there done that.
