I am entering week 3 now but last week I lost another 4 pounds. Woo hoo ... no body fat measurements because I wanted to wait till my next challenge. I weight to much to worry about that right now. Anyhow ... the quick summary is: W1: 13 lbs. W2: 4 lbs. Not to shabby considering my goal is to lose 40 pounds of fat and gain 10 pounds of muscle. I feel great, am so looking forward to this week, and can't wait till vacation. I'm gonna stay focused this holiday weekend and not stray.
