(w/cinnamon** sprinkled in)

*not much of a yogurt choice around here - it has 22g carbs including

16g sugars (best of what's on the shelf unfortunately). Else I could

easily get a banana, or really search hard for strawbs or other fruit.

**hope I don't get tired of cinnamon - it makes oatmeal more

interesting and is a nice twist to the choc or vanilla protein or

Myoplex shakes.
