Into Jeff's mouth goes/went: H2O, H2O 4 caps Phen Free M1 Protein Shake (w/glutamine added) Oatmeal (w/cinnamon** sprinkled in) H20, H20, H20 M2 LF CC Dannon NF Lemon Chiffon* H2O, H2O, H2O M3 My delicious LF meat chili (recipe I posted previously) Brown Rice Carrot & Celery Sticks H2O, H2O, H2O M4 Pure Protein Bar H2O, H2O, H2O *Lower Body Workout* M5 Salmon Brown Rice/Sweet Potato slices Assorted Green Veggies & carrots H2O, H2O M6 Protein Shake (w/Glutamine added) *not much of a yogurt choice around here - it has 22g carbs including 16g sugars (best of what's on the shelf unfortunately). Else I could easily get a banana, or really search hard for strawbs or other fruit. **hope I don't get tired of cinnamon - it makes oatmeal more interesting and is a nice twist to the choc or vanilla protein or Myoplex shakes.
