For overall strength,including arm strength,I recommend three chair pushups.Place two chairs 24" apart,third one back far enough for feet.Do two sets of as many as you can without straining.Do five-six days a week,working up to 50 reps in each set.Do the Bullworker arm exercises,also,for arms,place your right arm,bent at a right angle,palm up,in front of the body.Place your left hand over your right palm and exert force downward while curling your right hand towards right shoulder,resisting with your left hand.Resist with your left hand enough only enough to provide resistance-not enough so the the arm can't flex.Do a curl all the way up,then all the way down.You'll feel the biceps pumping.Do 15 reps,then do with your left arm.Then,repeat with right arm doing 20 reps,then 20 with left arm.Work at increasing the resisting force,rather than doing more reps.

I've found Bullworkers at garage sales,thrift shops,Goodwills.Maybe try an ad in a Shoppers Paper asking for one?
