Guest guest
Hi Thank you for your supportive words. You really made me feel great, when you said that you too were on your feet all day too (inspite of your EN). I am finishing my bachlors degree and will be entering grad school. Wow, as you know education is stressful. The walking to class to class just about kills me. My Hubby feel that school has stressed me out and has worsened my EN. I agree although I can't give it up. I hold on to it for dear life. Its just working, raising a child and hubby, and going to school -its a bit much. He told me that either i need to contol my stress better or something because "im killling myself"!Hugs, AJ chrismarc76@... wrote: Hi AJ, I hope you are feeling better soon. I know how you feel, when I was at my worst with EN about 3 years ago, I hit rock bottom. At that time I did not even know what it was, and no one could seem to tell me. My Dr. at that time was so disrespectful to me. Asking me if I sprained my ankle, telling me that I had an inflammatory reaction to a bug bite and so on. I just stopped going, it was all too draining for me. I had anxiety/depression, always felt exhausted. I am a music teacher (elementary), and on my feet all day long, I would wear my slippers to work. The worst part was feeling so helpless, I used up many sick days, I was also judged by some not so nice colleagues that I just didn't want to be at work. Thankfully my principal understood. If I ever get to that point again, my EN, I will take a different approach, I will rest, not keep trying to do it all. I think it would be a good idea for you to take some time off from school and rest if you can. I know going to the Dr. can be frustrating, more research has to be done, I don't know how, but has some good ideas about getting EN more attention. I hope you rest and start feeling better soon.
