Hello, Again as i said before i am new to all this and its very frustrating to

someone that has only dealt with this for a short time now. Its very frustrating

waking up to barely breathing or running out of breath easy on things i use to

be able to do without a problem.

When i get an attack i get frustrated, and panic and such which in return makes

it worst. During an attack how can i calm myself down and other then the

inhalers what other methods can i use to better manage asthma?

Any help would be appreciated.
