Subject: Kombucha 101

Hi all,

The kombucha recipe page in the files section has been deleted, so

please remain patient... ;)

I'm doing my first batch, and it's been through its first fermentation

with tea and sugar. What now?

I know some people (everyone) re-ferments it with juice, or bottles

and refrigerates it as is, or some other strategy. Any tips would be

greatly appreciated!

Tamara

Tamara, I checked the files and you are right, there isn't much there on

kombucha. As soon

as I get back to reliable internet I'll fix that. MEANWHILE, you can always go

to my little

homepage www.willwinter.com and you can find a page of " favorite things " and

I've got the

complete directions for the way I make it, along with a bunch of pictures of the

process.

You are entering a world of good fun and good food with the KT. It's really

changed my

health for the better! Let us know how your first batch comes out.

Will,

On the Road
