I'm doing my first batch, and it's been through its first fermentation with tea and sugar. What now? I know some people (everyone) re-ferments it with juice, or bottles and refrigerates it as is, or some other strategy. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Guest guest
Tamara, I checked the files and you are right, there isn't much there on kombucha. As soon as I get back to reliable internet I'll fix that. MEANWHILE, you can always go to my little homepage www.willwinter.com and you can find a page of " favorite things " and I've got the complete directions for the way I make it, along with a bunch of pictures of the process. You are entering a world of good fun and good food with the KT. It's really changed my health for the better! Let us know how your first batch comes out.
