But there is SAD-seasonal affective disorder. And it is caused by not getting enough sunshine. Those of you who live in areas that are wintery, just might be experiencing this. That is one of the reasons, that I love my house with its many windows. I have french doors that I do not have curtains on because it lets in so much sunlight. I can't stand a dark house. [Hepatitis_C_ Central] Fighting the Fatigue Hi everyone,The side effects I had heard everyone speak of have kicked in full for me now. This is my third week of treatment and for a while I felt like I was being spared for some reason, but of late the tiredness, knot if my stomach and some G.I. disturbance have gotten pretty obnoxious.I had to leave work early today even though I really didn't want to. I guess I don't 'do sick' well anymore. I used to play being sick and use illness to get my way and now legitimately being under the weather is something I have a hard time owning. Even though I felt absolutely about to fall out when after running around, going up and down stairs etc, I still have difficulty with cutting myself some slack.I'm wondering what the best things to do to minimize this fatigue are. Is there anything, outside of getting rest and eating well, that can be done to insure that you have as much energy as possible while on treatment?
