Guest guest
A big thanks to the guys at Bullworker UK who phoned me back when I had a problem with my new Bullworker. I bought one for my other home to save continually transporrting the one I have. They went through the problems on the phone and, because their office is nearby, even personally delivered a replacement on their way home. That my friends is service! Customner loyalty of 34 years is obviously rewarded but I would say a few other businesses could learn a lot about it from these guys. Right off to train now
Guest guest
The BW is pretty much bulletproof... what type of problem did you encounter? Breakage or manufacturer's defect? **timbirkinuk wrote: A big thanks to the guys at Bullworker UK who phoned me back when I had a problem with my new Bullworker. Guest guest
You seem to promoting without any substance... undisclosed problems without defining what they are? Your message sounds like an advertisement for the UK outlet. Not too many things can go wrong with a X-5, I can only think of 2, and they certainly aren't trade secrets. Bullworker USA has taken me through a complete disassembly and reassembly over the phone with a "problem." I was impressed. I am still curious what the problems were you encountered with your new X-5. ** Jay Photo wrote: The BW is pretty much bulletproof... what type of problem did you encounter?
