Guest guest
A big thanks to the guys at Bullworker UK who phoned me back when I had a problem with my new Bullworker. I bought one for my other home to save continually transporrting the one I have. They went through the problems on the phone and, because their office is nearby, even personally delivered a replacement on their way home. That my friends is service! Customner loyalty of 34 years is obviously rewarded but I would say a few other businesses could learn a lot about it from these guys. Right off to train now
Guest guest
um, we can take these things apart and put them back together? does it void a warranty or anything? I love tinkering and seeing how things work. Re: A Thanks To Bullworker UK > You seem to promoting without any substance... undisclosed problems > without defining what they are? Guest guest
Hi Dick,I want to see the inner guts of the Bullworker.I am not an archer, but I see those high tech bows which with pulleys and ropes that let you pull with ease, who will come up with the exact opposite, like the old Green Bay Packer training devise the (Hexogenie)..endorsed by Bart Starr,I just painted a house and saw one in the attic. It was a small shock absorber looking thing with a rope that would act the same way as the Bullworker, adding resistance the harder you pulled it.Vince Lombardi had Ray Nitchski pulling it with a harness....any old Bullworkians remember that...Dawk. Guest guest
OK before everybody gets out of their tree on this one, this is the story. I've had every Bullworker since the first and an X5 since launch. When I ordered a new one for my other house I found it differed. The webbing joints prevented free movement for certain exercises unlike my old one. Bullworker UK went through the problems on thge phone and then came to me to check. It turned out that it was my (15 year old one), that was the problem, not the new one. They then swopped it. There was nothing wrong qwith it, it was the old one that had a fault. I am not advertising Bullworker UK, just praising their customer service. We all moan about bad service so I think it's only good to praise where it's due. It's a product we all like and to have good service on top makes the whole ownership experience even better. Right that's that over, never thought a 'thank you' could be so controversial, what's up with some of you guys? Lastly - anybody know the remaining Bullworker exercises? They state 130 on the US site but they're never shown. I've worked some out myself but anyone who has any information, I'd be grateful to receive it.
