I bought one for my other home to save continually transporrting the one I have. They went through the problems on the phone and, because their office is nearby, even personally delivered a replacement on their way home. That my friends is service! Customner loyalty of 34 years is obviously rewarded but I would say a few other businesses could learn a lot about it from these guys.
