Guest guest Posted February 14, 2008 Report Share Posted February 14, 2008 Happy Valentine’s Day, Joyce………and everyone!! I am great and feel better than I have in a very long time. I am so happy to hear that you are well J We both made it!! I have to say that I started the Suboxone yesterday and it’s wonderful. I am scheduled for 3 doses per day, but I think I will be fine on two. I woke at 6 am and NOTHING HURT – I don’t remember the last time I woke in the morning with NO pain in my hands or leg. I was planning on taking the Sub at 6, but just went back to sleep till 7:30. When I woke at 7:30, my hands and both knees were beginning to hurt so I did take Sub. They still hurt some, but the whole mess of mental/emotional feelings is gone. It doesn’t give me the “lift” or energy that the pain meds do and I would not describe it as a high, but it has lifted the veil of insanity off of me – that’s the only way I can explain it, really. I feel optimistic for the first time in a long time and I’m looking forward to finishing tx next week and moving forward with my life. I am even planning on applying for a job today! Joyce, I’m so glad you had a good night. It’s still early in your tx and there may be more tough spots, but you will do it and there’s so much support here to help and I thank everyone for that. Guest guest Posted February 14, 2008 Report Share Posted February 14, 2008 im so glad to hear from you and yes we did it, we got thru yesterday yeah!!!!!!!!i feel good today also, i was determined to keep awake all theu the day and not sleep till night time and i did and i must say knowing that you were going thru what you were going thru and that we had eachothers back really helped me, it made me want to get the 1st day of fighting the fatigue under my belt, the sleep was good 11pm -730am woke up once but thats ok, im so happy, for me , you and everyone else who is making it thru theses tough days,,,,,,Dorothy wrote: Happy Valentine’s Day, Joyce………and everyone!!
