Guest guest
Thanks . I did indeed experience the post-partum hair loss with my first son. (My understanding though was that the hair stops growing during pregnancy, and then when it resumes the hair that would have fallen out during that time falls out suddenly.) Anyway I thought that was the problem this time, because I had my second baby about 4 months before it started, but it has gone on way too long and gotten way too thin. I am going to ask for an increase in my Cytomel and if that doesn't help, switch to NDT. I am not sure though how I can take my last dose at ~4pm. Even taking the 2 pm dose is a little too stimulating and I can't fall asleep as early as I would like. Is it really a problem to only take it twice a day? thanks again, Tierney > > > > > > > Hi, > > I hope someone here might have some ideas for me. Guest guest
Thank you! I am going to try raising the Cytomel and yes, I am working hard to optimize iron. I have never heard that about B-vitamins and gray hair, so thanks for that tidbit. Did you mean that PABA helps most with gray hair, or it helps overall? By the way I don't know what the opinion of Ray Peat is on this group, but today I stumbled across something that said he considers PABA to be very anti-thyroid. I will try to investigate why later, but I thought I'd toss that out there. Debbi Winder is still in Manzanero's office but I have never met her. I've only been there a few times. thanks for your help, Tierney > > > > Hi, > > I hope someone here might have some ideas for me.
