RE: breathing excersises??

My psychologist recommends something she calls " circular breathing " ...

I think the real idea behind it is to direct more focus on your

breathing than anything else, LOL, if you aren't thinking about the

stressful thing, it becomes less stressful. :)

But basically, you get comfortable, close your eyes, and bring your

attention to your breathing. Breathe in deeply, and imagine you can

almost see it, as it comes in your nose (or mouth, if you're stuffed

up!), down to your lungs, inflating your diaphragm, count a few

seconds (not so long that it makes you stressed!), and then imagine

seeing it coming back up and out your mouth, with a nice " whoosh " (if

you're in a private place!), and start again, and keep that going in a

circle, try to keep a steady rhythm going, focus only on your

breathing, nothing else matters.
