Guest guest
I have been using the Simply Saline. Which helps, but I have bought a nasal solution to use. I know the salt solution works due, to they gave it to me in the hospital one time when my asthma was so bad that the next day I was so stuffed up that they gave me the saline solution to help clear it up and I was amazed that it worked. Now my ENT doctor told me to use the neti pot and I just picked up the Simply Saline and it works just as well. Now it is only trying to convince my children that it works when their allergies are bad. I have been told to use it 2X a day. What I think it does is clear the nose passages of anything in there so you can breath better. Wish I could do that with my lungs too! Has anyone use those nose allergy blockers? I have been wanting to use that but it is such a little tube, am afraid I would use too much. I just can't shake my bronchitis or sinusitis now. And the coughing just makes my headaches worse. And am not sure if I am suppose to be able to use ANY cough medicine with having asthma? For some reason some of the doctors seem to think we should be able to use cough medicine with codeine? So I am not sure that is a good thing while having asthma? Granada/WI
