Sodium bicarbonate is their default, but they have others.

I would not be inclined to use the bicarbonate because it is an antacid. If I were to go the compound route, I think I would get olive oil capsules from WIP.

I do not know what other fillers they have. Some folks like rice powder, dextrose, or lactose.

I do not know the effect of that amount of bicarbonate. It may or may not be significant.

I did quit well with the sodium bicarb as a filler when I was taking compounded.  The pharmacist colored my yellow with b2. Given the small amount, I would think it's not going to negatively impact your acid levels. Sodium bicarbonate can actually be useful for alot of health issues since one problem many of us have is that our bodies are too acidic which provides a nice environment for bacteria, cancer cells, etc.  You can find some articles on this topic in pubmed.
