BEST yeast fighters, plz advise

Hi all, just wanted to know what people have found to be the best

yeast fighters they have used.

I have tried diflucan with our son and he does not seem to respond at

all to it! Nystatin was better, and also MCT Oil seems to help.

I try things on myself many times before I give them to him and I tried

the Grapefruit Seed Extract Nutribiotic tablets last night and felt

incrediably strange, dizzy, jumpy, and my heartrate seemed to speed up

a bit. I also had weird dreams last night and woke up with my entire

left side total pins and needles!! It was the craziest thing!

I know I have a bad yeast issue, maybe that was some extreme die off

happening, I don't know.

This morning I feel kind of worn out and my arm pits are very itchy. I

wonder if this GSE is to strong for my son too?
