Hi,

I started going for acupuncture when I had what I thought was an EN

outbreak. It turned out to be the beginning of Rheumatoid Arthritis. I

though it was EN, because I was having inflammation in my legs and my EN

nodules that are always present were really acting up.

Acupuncture really helps- and in ways I couldn't imagine. Not only does it

relieve pain and reduce inflammation, but it is also relaxing and

rejuvinating. I even fell asleep on the table! My practioner also gave me

herbs - either in tea or pill form and a liniment to apply directly to the

lesions and in my case inflamed joints: Three Angels Liniment

http://www.bluepoppy.com/store/lo_3angels.cfm. That stuff is great.

It gets expensive and I can't afford to do it as much as I would like -

every week would be optimum, but at $65 a visit plus the cost of herbs and

liniment, it's $100. My insurance won't cover it. Yikes. I do it when I

can.

I also do T'ai Chi every day to help keep my joints mobile and reduce

stress.

All the best,

Liz

Subject: ACCUPUNCTURE?

Hi everyone.

Has anyone tried accupuncture?

Thought I would give it a go - can't do any harm can it?

Would love to hear any views or opinions on homeopathic treatment.

Love
