Guest guest
I have been using the Bullworker X5 Gold for around a month (I purchased it around 6 weeks ago). Yesterday, while performing one of the exercises from the Wall Chart, the bullworker simply came apart. The handles separated from the center bar, and the spring mechanisms came out. It took me a half hour to put it back together. For the life of me, I can't understand how this could happen. All the exercises call for pushing, pulling and squeezing inward, so the handles are drawn closer together, not apart. I would have thought that this piece of equipment was built well enough that this couldn't happen. I'm wondering whether I should contact Bullworker USA and ask to exchange this bullworker for a new one. I think I will continue to use it and see what happens, though now I do so with the fear that it could come apart again. Has this ever happened to anyone else out there? I'd hate to be the first! Guest guest
I have been using bullworkers for 30 years. None of them have ever done this. You should contact your distributor and tell him what happened. If he wants to have a reputation of standing behind his product he will surely send you another one. That one was obviously defective! --- Goldstein wrote: > > > I have been using the Bullworker X5 Gold for around > a month (I > purchased it around 6 weeks ago).
