I knew the Vit D was going to be the culprit of the elevated PTH. Im in rainy Seattle. It just makes sense. So obviously for me, the Scandipharm ADEK doesn't do SQUAT. I've been shelling out some big bucks, and now I'll be going back to the perscription Calcitriol. Anyone else have elevated Billirubin? Just curious if this is something else or DS related. If so this was off in my labs prior to surgery and now after surgery it is all out of wack. I am getting a little nervous because it seems like us POST DS patients are having things VIT D deficiancy problems. I am afraid that when I get older I wont have any good bones in my body.
