Guest guest
I need some ideas on teaching the following ABLLS goals. G19 Tacts-What's missing/what's wrong -I know how to teach it, i just need materials to do so. We are probably going to order this out of the Super Duper Catalog. I was hoping for some really simple cards to start with, like a snake with rabbit ears. I tried to draw them, but quickly " ran out " of artistic ability. Has anyone used the Super Duper ones? What did you think? G38 Tacting Adverbs -Does anyone have a list of adverbs??? You'd think after getting a masters degree I'd at least know some adverbs! We only came up with things like loudly, softly, quickly, slowly, tightly, loosely....then we ran out! Any strategies to teach a child to tact these things? I have started this goal with teaching him to tact walking and riding scooter fastly and slowly. Is this the way to go? I still need a bigger list of adverbs. G41 Tacting Social Interactions -We were thinking of making a video of a bunch of different social interactions (fighting, arguing, working, busy, etc). He did learn to tact " fighting " the other day, because he was watching Austin Powers and there was a fight on there. So we figured that teaching it through a video may be a good idea. Any ideas? Thanks so much for the help! Shauna
