Dear Colleagues,

We will be conducting a 2-day intensive workshop entitled

Teaching Language and Appropriate Behavior to Children and Adults

with Developmental Disabilities including Autism:

Workshop 3: Intensive Training for Professionals

on September 22 and 23 at the Holiday Inn Select in Ft. Myers.

This is a follow-up to the introductory workshop conducted in July.

People attending this intensive workshop should have attended the

introductory workshop (or one like it conducted by Dr. Carbone, Dr.

Sundberg, or Dr. Partington) or should read the Sundberg and

Partington manual prior to attending. This workshop will teach

professionals how to develop, monitor, and revise a Verbal Behavior

program for students in an educational or home setting. We will also

focus on managing specific problem behaviors. Enrollment will be

limited to 40 persons, insuring time for many individual questions

and practice sessions. The registration fee includes a copy of the

ABLLS and a detailed manual.

While parents are always welcome, we will be conducting specialized

workshops for them in the upcoming months.

For details about this workshop, please go to

www.behaviorchange.com

You can also register at the website. Please feel free to forward

this note to your colleagues.

We look forward to seeing you in September.
