One should always inform the doctor (gently, with a " perhaps you aren't

aware " type of approach) and anything the staff does that you find

unprofessional, annoying, etc. Chances are really, really good that the

doctor has no idea!

I even told one that the staff needed to talk into their phone mouthpieces

when they left messages on the answering machine - and speak slowly enough

for an old person like me to be able to understand! The rest of the time I

was with that doctor, all the messages I got were clear, to the point and

easy to hear!
