Thyroid Ultrasound - Solid Nodule

I'm 8 weeks postpartum... I think I started a little hyper after having my

baby.. but believe I have once again swung hypo..

I went to Dr. G - giving her my symptoms - which include tightness in my throat

and she wanted me to have an ultrasound done. I had not ever had one before.

Had it done today.. the tech wasn't supposed to share, but she did tell me that

there is a solid nodule on my left lobe..

Then I guess I have a bunch of " cysts " .. basically empty nodules..

I'm guessing Dr. G is going to want me to see an endo.. (gag, choke, gag)..

Who would you see in Dallas just to have this nodule looked at?

I am breastfeeding and would refuse a radioactive iodine uptake scan at this

time.
