I'm with you...I think lunges and squats hit everything important.

I just got my before pix back and they were scary! I raced home, ripped my

clothes off and was looking at my butt in the mirror. My husband thought I

was nuts! He says of course your butt is smaller, your jeans fit now,

remember. But its so scary seeing how big I WAS--key word! I'm so glad to

have found BFL and the info off this list is terrific!

We were at Horse Expo this week and attended a fitness for the rider

lecture. Afterwards, the speaker (a college professor) tested our body fat

with electronic calipers. He couldn't be completely accurate as I was

wearing jeans, but I came out at 25.9 and he said to deduct at least 1% for

the jean factor. I was pretty pleased with the results. Just wish I'd have

had it done when we started 8 weeks ago.
