Generally, you should aim for 1 gm of protein per lb of body weight.

If you weight 160 lbs, that is 160 gms of protein per day so you

could aim for 30 gms of protein per meal and 30 gms of carbs since

protein and carbs should be equal.

You may get more protein and less carbs, and that is fine.
