thanks Di, yes we had the same here - we only had one DAN and that was

when Valtrex was first getting a mention, this doc knew less about it

(or let alone other antivirals) than I did... anyways it was just always

far to expensive for us, esp with Diflucan combo, to be able to commit

longer term...

To cut the long story, we saw Dr Klinghardt recently, he identified

chronic herpes virus, recommended Valtrex but said if that is too

expensive he would recommended homeopathic/spagyric remedy called

Solunat no.6, saying it clears viruses same way as Valtrex but more

gently and takes much longer than rx... (recommended ds takes it for a

year...). The bottle costs about £15/30USD and should last for many

many months as we are only using 4 drops per day.

since starting it we saw several things that people see on valtrex...

this remedy also does gentle detox and we started a few more homeopathic

remedies close to Solunat 6 so hard to pinpoint effects to each, but in

general ds is doing very very well

so just wanted to mention, in case anyone with identified herpes issues

is holding back valtrex because of the cost / no insurance etc...

That is So great...we are interested in homeopathy, but do not have a

practioner here that we can go to yet as it is not covered by

insurance and Dr. Luc the one Beth likes is $700 for the first

appointment - OUCH. Please keep me posted as to your progressw with

homeopathy - I think it is great that you found someone willing to

guide you through it and if we thought we could swap THAT approach

for the pharma one effectively, we would do it in a second...but

there the practioner is crucial...Bethh did not see much with her

first person and is really pleased with Dr Luc. Di You can post me

offline about it too diatplay@...
