ERFA Thyroid - sublingually or orally?

I know this is highly individualized, but for those of you who take ERFA Thyroid do you find it works best if you take it orally or sublingually?Side note -- it's sweet, and it doesn't stink like the old Armour formula. Depending on availability, I may just stick with this even if/when Armour availability is restored. I don't like the new Armour.
