Hi Christy,

I think becoming casein and gluten free are good

steps in helping your son. After a good trial of

the diet (some say 6 mos, many say a year) you

will at least know if your child will respond to

this.

Another thing to is to give him as clean a diet

as possible (organic, unprocessed, etc) and start

supplementing with probiotics. Many people note

that their children were unresponders to vitamin

and supplement therapies, but after work on the

gut, their child became a responder. You may also

want to investigate natural anti-fungals, as

yeast is often a huge problem with our kids.

After that I would add a good multi-vitamin,

followed by cold liver oil. Wait 4-7 days

between each new thing, keep notes on how each

intervention helps or doesn't.

Hi , yes I use culture starter and I let cvs sit out 7 days.

Today I'm making a batch. My favorite batch is cabbage, beets,

carrots, and garlic. Fermentation changes the food so if you're

staying away from beets due to sugars, fermentation takes care of

that. Many can't have cabbage due to thyroid/other reasons,

fermentation changes this also. We've done really well with this

blend. Beets great for liver!

I use Ecobloom and or raw local honey to get the culture starter

going while I shred the vegetables.

Let me know!!!
