Melody,

Yes, it's rather er... " aromatic " , isn't it? And it tastes about like it

smells... not bad, but not yummy either. But it appears to have sprouted

beautifully, so score one for NOW grains/seeds!

So now my question is... how do I cook it? I have a few recipes for

quinoa, but they all start with dry grain. I think I'll have quinoa soup

if I use all the liquid they call for... (plus they all have peppers as

ingredients and my son and I have a pretty low tolerance for spicy hot)
