agressive behavier worse at age 5

My son is 5 and his fits have gotten much worse.When he was diagnosed

at age 2 he had a very good temperment he handled change well and sat

quitly at restuarants .When he was diagnosed at age 2 I even thought

the diagnosis might be wrong or he was a mild case.Now things have

gotten bad I cant take him to new places (he lays on the ground and

wont go in)Has many fits a day and he is so obssesed with food .Is

this normal to see a regression around this age?We tried mediacation

but he got worse so we will try a different one but I need a little

break right now.He definatly has his moments where he is so good but

that can change the minute you cant give in to what he wants .He

starts speech on Tues. but I am afraid he wont go in.any suggestions

or help with this?
