alternative to Coco-biotic?

I was reading about this product and was ready to buy it, but my kids

have been colonized by Sarccharomyces cerevisciae and they are highly

allergic to it. I gave them S. bouldarii a few months ago and my two

year old regressed really bad again. He was doing great until I gave

him that. I never really did get him back after that. What kind of

fermented products can I give them that doesn't have Sarccharomyces in

it? Just make it myself?
