Guest guest
I just got back from my first visit with Dr. Berg in his new location in Oak Cliff. But I am not the first. He says that some of his other patients, including thyroid patients, have already followed him there. A real nurse, not a "certified medical assistant," took my vitals and history. Everyone there is very nice, very professional. I did have to wait awhile while at the front desk verified that they could indeed take my Medicare supplement. My visit was not remarkable in any way. He had ordered all of the tests I had requested, including the full iron panel and ferritin. He was glad to see me. I was glad to see him. He gave me a fist full of scripts to send in to various pharmacies. Since (useless) Medicare Part D will not fill my brand name diabetes meds, I will send those to Canada, along with my thyroid script. My son came with me, so we then went out to lunch at Cafe Veracruz for the second time. . . . .good Central American food. . . . .
