Guest guest Posted March 11, 2006 Report Share Posted March 11, 2006 I recently learned that tupperware is not a food grade plastic - I would not put my scoby's in ANYTHING bust glass - which i clean and rinse well - then spritz with distilled vinegar - that way i know it is clear of mold spores etc = I also store finished KT in glass canning jars - But believe it or not i once read about an individual brewing in STAINLESS STEEL - However I would NOT recommend or try it.
