A little info for pre-ops

At the meeting the other nite Dawn said a good thing.

Get you some butcher paper,or some kind of large piece of paper,

and lay down on it and have someone trace your outline for you.

What a great way to keep up with your progress.

Yea, and Dr K said to skip the paper and draw it on your wall! lol

The meeting was on Dawns study of self esteem and after wls surgery

changes.

It was very interesting to me and helped alot. She said she would

post it on the web page....i havent checked it out yet tho-
