helloo again.. heres a little update on me.. i got through my first flare up

alright and they ruled out thyroid and a lot of the bigger stuff.. saying

the ony explaination would be the flu- but i mean, i have had the flu before

without this...

anyway, what i found most helpful was a little aromatherapy roll-on that had

lavender, tea tree & neroli oil in a sweet almond oil base.. which u could

do the same with lavender oil in any base oil. I also used lavender soap too

and it made the itchy burning sensations go away for a while- long enough

for me to do large assignments for school anyway, so that was nice.

but the pottassium iodide and cephlexin didnt seem to do anything for me.

actually the sski made me so dizzy and i felt hungry all day but i didnt

want to eat because the metal taste never left my mouth.. and boy did i

sweat that stuff out the first night i didnt take anymore in. pfew.

anyway, my question is, is there anything that anyone takes or uses in the

in-between periods that have helped lessen the area or intensityof the next

inflammation? or do we know if such a thing would exist?

cuz i have lumps still and a newer one on my legs that arent red yet or

burning yet but one is getting bigger so i have no idea what's going on.

so sorry about this ramble i know the way i type is confusing.

thanks,

Kathy
