Guest guest
Just a note to say I had my annual visit with Dr. R last week and it was nice to learn that I'd lost about 25 pounds. (I'd stopped using a scales.) I was doing well with Dr. R when Armour changed and threw me into a rough patch. I went with compounded thyroid, but never felt quite as good. And I regained weight. I spent most of last year not feeling well. In September, sick of feeling sick, I dedicated myself to regaining my health once again. AND I resumed taking the daily assemblage of vitamin and mineral supplements that I'd gotten sloppy about taking. By November, it was clear I was losing weight. I credit the minerals and vitamins that the thyroid hormone needs to do its job. I'm going to try Armour again, now that's available, primarily because I'm unemployed and the compounded has gone up ~40% since I started taking it. I'm an unemployed graduate student at the moment and I need every dollar that I can save. :-) Good health, kidbobo
